Basically, I felt like drawing, and I was on Hot Topic's website. Then I saw these boots: [link]

So I did. 8D
Of course, first she was a punk with long hair and a plaid skirt (thus the plaid tie). But it wasn't working. o__o And by that time I felt like drawing an insane person, so I changed it a bit.
